License Grant
FABSOFT SOFTWARE INC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FABSOFT platform and its AI image processing tools in accordance with these terms. This license is for personal or commercial use as permitted by your subscription plan. You may not sublicense, distribute, or make the platform available to third parties.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the FABSOFT software or AI models. You may not use automated tools to scrape, extract, or reproduce our processing algorithms. You may not use the services to develop a competing product or service. Any attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls is strictly prohibited.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and delete any downloaded materials. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
